Refund and Returns Policy
1. Introduction
At Diamond Vault Competitions, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all participants. By entering our raffles, you agree to the following refund and returns Policy.
2. No Refunds on Ticket Purchases
Due to the nature of our competition, all ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges unless required by law.
3. Cancellation or Postponement of a Competition
- If a raffle competition is cancelled for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future competition.
- If a raffle is postponed, participants will be notified, and their entries will remain valid for the rescheduled draw. Refunds will be considered upon request.
4. Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases
- If you accidentally purchase multiple tickets for the same competition or make an incorrect purchase, please contact us immediately at.
- Refunds for duplicate purchases may be issued at our discretion if reported before the draw takes place.
5. Non-Delivery of Prizes
- If you win a prize and it arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 5 days of receiving it.
- If the prize is lost in transit, we will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue. If necessary, we may offer a replacement or alternative solution.
- Prizes are non-refundable.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash unless it states “cash alternative” on the chosen competition.
6. Charge backs and Disputes
If you initiate a charge back without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to ban your account from future competitions and take legal action if necessary.
